Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Loyal Orange account in the app without contacting support first.
Steps
Sign in, open Profile, choose Delete Account, review the consequences, enter your current password, and confirm. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account, sessions, synced content, reminder settings, cloud images, sync history, associated business data, and local Loyal Orange content are deleted.
Temporary retention
Legally required transaction records, minimum anti-fraud logs, and data already in rolling backups may remain under restricted access for the required period or up to 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions managed by an app store or third party. Cancel them on the original platform. If you cannot sign in, email support@skstudio.cn from the account address.
Deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, use the email button on this page. Send the request from your account email, include “Account deletion request” in the subject, and do not include your password. We may ask for reasonable proof of ownership before completing the request.
