By using Loyal Orange, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. Service and accounts
Loyal Orange provides local content management, reminders, and optional cloud sync. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. Local features work without signing in; cloud features require an account and network access.
2. Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display it. You must have the right to use submitted photos and text and must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating material.
3. Paid services
Prices, periods, and benefits are shown at purchase. Payments, refunds, and cancellation are also governed by the original payment platform. The app will not direct users to external digital-content payment methods that violate applicable platform rules.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, evade limits, scrape automatically, impersonate others, or interfere with other users. Serious violations may result in restricted service without limiting lawful privacy rights.
5. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Notifications depend on device permissions, power settings, and connectivity. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes and ending use
We may change or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, and will post material changes to these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion does not remove rights or obligations that must continue under applicable law, including valid payment or dispute records.
